• Payment information — processed directly and securely by our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• Usage information — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

• To process, produce, and deliver your order
• To send order confirmations, tracking updates, and respond to your queries

• Qikink, our print-on-demand production and fulfilment partner, to print and ship your order

The Para Club (theparaclube.in) is an independent Kolkata-based clothing label managed by Priyanshu. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Our Products

Every design is original artwork created in-house, drawing on Kolkata's cultural and archival history. All products are printed to order (print-on-demand) through our production partner, Qikink. Because each piece is made specially for you, please review product details and our Size Guide before ordering.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are the final amount payable — there are no hidden charges, and shipping is free across India.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or production issues. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee availability; in rare cases production capacity may affect fulfilment, and we will contact you if so.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, artwork, logos, and content on this website are the property of The Para Club and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Para Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

Shipping Policy

Every piece at The Para Club is printed to order, so please read the timelines below. Your total delivery time is the production time plus the delivery time.

Production Time

As each item is made specially for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take a little longer.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Delays

We aim to meet the timelines above, but occasional delays can happen due to courier disruptions, weather, festivals, or high order volume. If anything affects your order, we'll keep you posted.

Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If a courier is unable to deliver your order — for example, due to an incomplete or incorrect address, an unserviceable pin code, or repeated failed delivery attempts — the package may be returned to origin. In such cases we'll reach out to arrange re-shipping, and additional charges may apply. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. To raise a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

These are required so we can verify and process your claim with our production partner. Once verified, your replacement is shipped at no cost, or your refund is issued.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Size & Fit

Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering — since each item is made to order, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. A measurement variation of up to ±0.5 inch is standard for printed apparel and is not considered a defect. If you're unsure of your size, message us before you order and we'll help.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. As production starts quickly, please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
